Foundation and First Milestones (2016)
Our company was founded in 2016 with a clear mission: to help healthcare organisations optimise workflows and improve patient outcomes through data-driven insights. Our very first project was with an NHS Pathology Network, where we played a critical role in supporting the build of their Target Operating Model (TOM). Our role was to prepare a fully costed Transport and Logistics model, ensuring routes were optimised to meet the phlebotomy demands of both community and acute users. This successful partnership laid the foundation for our future work in the healthcare sector.
Building Momentum (2017–2019)
As our reputation grew, so did our business. Between 2017 and 2019, we expanded our services beyond pathology to work across broader health systems. Our expertise in workflow optimisation and data modeling made us a natural fit for supporting Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and Integrated Care Systems (ICSs). We began working with these wider health systems to improve everything from diagnostics workflows to transport logistics, always with the goal of enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.
Scaling Across the NHS (2020–2022)
The next chapter of our journey saw us become recognised as one of the leading providers of workflow optimisation services and data modeling, particularly within the NHS Pathology sector. By 2022, we had grown significantly, helping numerous NHS trusts and healthcare providers streamline their operations, optimise resources, and improve patient care pathways. Our data-driven solutions were key to enabling organisations to make informed decisions in real time, reducing waste, and improving the efficiency of key healthcare services.
The Road Ahead (2023 and Beyond)
As we look to the future, our vision continues to evolve. We are now focused on expanding our reach further, exploring new innovations in data intelligence, AI, and healthcare optimisation.
